These roasted asparagus and mushrooms are delicious.
Ingredients
✓nonstick cooking spray
✓1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
✓½ pound fresh mushrooms, quartered
✓2 teaspoons olive oil
✓2 sprigs fresh rosemary, minced
✓kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking tray with nonstick spray.

Place asparagus and mushrooms in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with rosemary, salt, and pepper; toss well. Lay vegetables on the prepared tray in an even layer.
